The Christmas Show is a great start to Christmas. The theatre is decorated with holy and ivy and the show takes place by candle light. Punch is served before the show to warm the audience. The show starts with the traditional mummers play, followed by readings funny, serious and religious and Christmas songs by a local choir. A party is held for actors and the audience after the show. Usually a very late but happy finish.
