Bookings for all shows are only accepted on receipt of a booking-form together with the appropriate payment by cheque. Whilst we are  happy to inform  callers about current  availability, we cannot take bookings by ‘phone. Seats  are  allocated  strictly in  order of  date in which the bookings are received.  We do not give refunds, but we do  endeavour to re-sell bookings and repay for a small commission per  seat re-sold. Cheques should be made payable to Ridware Theatre.

Everyone on our mailing-list receives advanced details of our forthcoming programme together with a booking-form. We will gladly mail this information on request, which can be arranged by calling our 24 hour answering service on 01889504380.

 It is advisable to pre-book your seats as early as possible. This will enable you to avoid disappointment and ease our administrative burden. All shows start at 8pm unless otherwise stated. Seat prices include refreshments during the interval.

Seat Prices
 Ridware Theatre has been operating at an annual loss for the past 3 years (£2,984 in 2007/9) and this situation will continue in 2010. We have held the same seat prices for the past two years and now have no option but to increase them. We are a non-profit making organisation, served entirely by unpaid volunteers.

Last minute Bookings: Most of our shows sell out, but it is always worth giving us a call on 01889 504380 to see if we have any cancellations. Conversely, don’t forget to contact us when you have booked seats but are unable to attend. We will do our best to re-sell them and return your payment, subject to a charge of £2.
We are not sophisticated enough to have an on-line reservation system. In fact, we don’t even issue tickets. Call our answering service on  01889504380.
