On Saturday, May 29th we will welcome Tarry Theatre for the first time, with a new play entitled “To Break A Man”, performed by Jade Blue and directed by George Dillon. Flora is a young woman who has an unbearable insight into the human predicament. Harry is an ordinary man with an extraordinary dilemma. Tonight he must choose whether to save his daughter … by losing her. The story is about this decisive moment. Sometimes, unprepared, you may have to make a decision that will change your life. Sometimes, whatever you choose, you lose. You, the audience and the dice, will decide how the story unfolds. Here are some comments about the play by professional theatres on the current tour. “The piece is exceptionally good, it is brilliantly directed by George Dillon, has terrific production values and Jade Blue is superb.” “The performance by the very versatile Jade Blue was engaging, funny and poignant. As an audience member you felt so drawn into the story that you were genuinely concerned about the future for poor vulnerable Flora.”
